This family decided that they still loved their location but wanted to modernise their home and bring contemporary elements into their interior.
A spacious open plan kitchen area was created with separate sitting area, introducing large sliding doors and windows to fill the space with light.
A large neutral porcelain tile from Florim runs throughout the kitchen, living, dining and hallway, on which sits a dramatic Pronorm Island.
A matt door was used both in the perimeter and island, and the dark steel ultra and pebble colours make for a stunning contrast. This sleek modern kitchen is right on trend with it’s seamless look, nestling into the overall interior while being highly functional.
The island boasts a feature bulk head with extractor, separate wooden breakfast bar which seats 5 people, hob, and luxury wine cooler, everything you need for a modern family. Bontempi Kuga barstools dress this kitchen, which compliments the Bontempi table and chairs in the separate dining area just a few steps away.
The dining area is still very much part of the space and acts as a bridge to the hallway and all other areas of the home.
Bathrooms were updated with new tiles and sanitary ware and a dressing room was introduced to the master bedroom.
The entire house was renovated with paint colours, wallpapers and fabrics chosen by Tracey Jane Interior Design. The overall scheme is neutral tones with textures in fabrics and wallpapers to create a luxurious, timeless look for the family to enjoy.
